Quizzina Forney, LCSW-C
Quizzina is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) with over 12 years of clinical mental health experience. Jamie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Towson University and her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Jamie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She incorporates several modalities into her therapy sessions, such as Narrative, Solution-focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other evidenced-based modalities. As a clinician, Jamie is passionate about helping clients foster self-awareness and gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, trying new restaurants, and going to concerts.

Kisha Parris Jacques, LCSW-C
Kisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University and her Master of Arts in Social Worker from Fordham University. Kisha is compassionate and dedicated professional therapist with over 20 years of experience. Her areas of expertise include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, person centered therapy, individual therapy, trauma informed practice and solution focused therapy. Kisha has experience working with both children and adults who are struggling to navigate life’s challenges. Ifeyinwa Nworji-Amah (Ify) PMHNP-BC, MSN, BSN-BC, RN, DNP
Ify is a highly proficient board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who uses a holistic patient-centered approach to treat patients. She has over a decade of dedicated experience in the mental health field and has worked with diverse populations in various mental health settings, including outpatient mental health clinics (OMHC) and inpatient psychiatric mental health settings. She is skilled in delivering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, developing effective treatment plans, and providing high-quality patient-centered care.
Her treatment approach involves a combination of psychopharmacology and psychotherapy to generate an individualized treatment plan tailored to the patient's needs. She works majorly with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, insomnia, and major life changes.
Ify received her RN diploma from Darton Community College, now Albany State University. She also received her bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland University College. She completed her master's in nursing /Psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from the University of South Alabama. She is currently studying for her doctorate degree in nursing practice from the University of South Alabama.
